Management Philosophy

Circle K Sunkus' management philosophy is "We aim to be a company that achieves steady, sustainable growth, while earning the trust of society." Guided by this philosophy, we are committed to not only providing safe, reliable and high-quality products, but also to fulfilling social responsibilities commensurate with the size of our organization in terms of legal compliance, engagement in social contribution and environmental protection activities, the provision of fair and impartial disclosure and in other areas.

While maintaining a healthy appetite for reform and fostering creativity, Circle K Sunkus will work to raise its corporate value as it seeks to continuously deliver value to all individual and institutional stakeholders. This includes shareholders, customers, franchisees, business partners, local communities, and employees.

Circle K Sunkus Formulated a New Vision in 2007

As a result of Japan's changing social structure, particularly its aging population and declining birthrate, customer needs are becoming increasingly diverse. In order to satisfy these customer needs and expectations as regards convenience stores, Circle K Sunkus formulated a new management vision in 2007.

Our overriding goal is to develop all Circle K and Sunkus stores into places where we can deliver a real sense of excitement (WAKU WAKU) to customers.
